You might notice your tracking starts in another country, sometimes China or elsewhere overseas, and wonder if something is wrong. Nothing is wrong at all, and here is why.

Olivia Jewelry pieces are handcrafted across our specialist production facilities, and orders ship from the facility that crafts your piece. Depending on the item and your location, that can mean your parcel starts its journey overseas before arriving with your local delivery carrier.

What this means for you

• Quality is identical wherever your piece ships from. Every item passes the same craftsmanship and quality checks, and everything is covered by our 2-Year Quality Guarantee.
• Your delivery estimate already includes the full journey. The timeframes we quote (US 4 to 8 working days, UK 3 to 5, Canada, Australia and New Zealand 5 to 10, rest of the world 6 to 12 after dispatch) account for the international leg.
• Tracking works the whole way. Follow every step on our Track Your Order page. Once your parcel arrives in your country, a local carrier handles the final delivery.

A quiet patch in tracking?

International parcels sometimes pause between scans while moving between countries. A few quiet days is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 4 business days, contact us and we will look into it.
