Once our team confirms your refund, here is what happens and when to expect your money.
Refund timelines

Refunds always go back to your original payment method — the card, PayPal, or payment service you used at checkout. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.
Why it can take a few days
We process refunds promptly on our side; the waiting time comes from your bank or card issuer, which controls when the money appears on your statement. PayPal refunds often show faster; some banks take the full window.
What to check while you wait
- Look for the refund on the statement of the original payment method, not the account you may use day to day
- Some banks show refunds as a reversal of the original charge rather than a new line
- If you paid through PayPal, check your PayPal activity as well as the linked card
If your return had a restocking fee
For non-personalized items returned for a refund, a 15% restocking fee applies, so the refund amount will be your item total minus 15%. The confirmation email from our team states the exact amount. Fees are never deducted for items that were faulty, not as described, or sent in error.
Past the window?
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and nothing has appeared, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will send you the refund reference to take to your bank.
