Personalized pieces are the heart of Olivia Jewelry. Here is how to get yours exactly right.

Before you order: check every detail

Personalized pieces are crafted to order, and personalization details cannot be changed once your order is placed. Before checking out, please double-check:

• Spelling. Your piece is crafted with the exact text you type, letter for letter, including capitalisation and spacing.
• Birthstones. Each month has its own stone. Check the birthstone chart on the product page to confirm your choice.
• Sizes and lengths. See our Sizing Help article if you are unsure.

A special note on Signature Name pieces

Our Signature Name collection turns the exact text you enter into a flowing, signature-style script. The piece reflects precisely what you type in the personalization field, rendered as a handwritten signature. If you would like the piece to read "Sue", type "Sue". Whatever appears in the field, initials, nicknames, full names, is what will be crafted.

Most product pages show a live preview of your personalization. Take a moment to review it before adding to cart. What you see in the preview is what our craft team creates.

Character limits

Character limits vary by design and are shown on each product page. Shorter names often sit more elegantly on delicate pieces.

Crafting time

Personalized pieces take an additional 4 to 8 business days to craft before shipping, because each one is made individually for you.

Contact us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. Once a piece enters crafting we cannot change it, but if you reach us right away we will see what is possible. And if we ever make an error on our side, we will remake your piece at no cost.
