If, under normal use, your item breaks, tarnishes, or fades, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.
How to make a claim
To start a claim, contact us with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A clear photograph of the item
If you are already speaking with us, you can share these details and your photo in the same conversation. You do not need to email us separately. Our team will review your claim and arrange your free replacement.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects under normal wear
- Tarnishing, fading, or discolouration
- Broken clasps, chains, or settings from everyday use
- Items lost in transit or stolen during delivery during the two-year warranty period
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse or accidents (for example, a piece that has been crushed, cut, or caught and snapped under force)
- Normal variations in handcrafted pieces
