If, under normal use, your item breaks, tarnishes, or fades, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A clear photograph of the item
Our team will review your claim and arrange your free replacement.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects under normal wear
- Tarnishing, fading, or discolouration
- Broken clasps, chains, or settings from everyday use
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse or accidents (for example, a piece that has been crushed, cut, or caught and snapped under force)
- Lost or stolen items. If your order was placed before 5 August 2026 and you added Shipping Protection, loss or theft in transit is covered separately, see our Shipping Protection article. Otherwise contact us and we will work with the carrier to find a fair solution.
