I didn't receive my order confirmation emailUpdated a month ago

Placed an order but no confirmation email in sight? Don't worry, in almost every case your order went through just fine. Here is what to check:

1. Check your spam and promotions folders

Confirmation emails sometimes land in spam, or in the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. Search your mailbox for "Olivia Jewelry" to find it quickly.

2. Was your card charged?

If you see the charge on your card or PayPal, your order was placed successfully, even if the email hasn't appeared.

3. A typo in your email address

The most common cause: a small typo in the email entered at checkout. If that happened, your confirmation went to the mistyped address, and you won't receive shipping updates either.

The fix is easy. Contact us at [email protected] with:

• Your full name
• The shipping address on the order
• The correct email address

We will locate your order, correct the email on file, and resend your confirmation so all future updates reach you.

Still can't find any trace of an order?

If there is no charge and no email, the order may not have completed. Reach out to us and we will check before you place it again, so you don't end up with a double order.
