If we've arranged store credit for you, whether as part of a return, a keep-the-item resolution, or a goodwill gesture, here is everything you need to know about using it.
How you receive it
Your store credit arrives as a personal discount code in an email from our support team. The code is tied to the email address on your original order and can only be used by you.
How to use it
- Shop as normal at oliviajewelry.com
- At checkout, paste your code into the Discount code field and click Apply
- The credit comes off your order total before you pay
The important part: use it in one order
Your code is a one-time redemption. It applies once, to one order, and any unused balance does not carry over. So if your credit is $69.00 USD, make sure your order comes to at least $69.00 USD to enjoy the full value.
Expiry
Store credit codes are valid for 90 days from the day we send them. The expiry date is included in the email with your code. If your code is close to expiring and you need a little more time, contact us before it lapses and we will see what we can do.
Code not working?
- Check the code is entered exactly as sent, with no spaces
- Make sure you are signed in with, or entering, the same email as your original order
- Remember only one discount can apply per order, so a store credit code cannot stack with another promotion code
