Every Olivia Jewelry piece is prepared with care, and personalized pieces are crafted just for you. Here is what to expect from checkout to your door.
Processing time
Non-personalized pieces ship within 24 to 48 hours of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Personalized pieces take a little extra time. Because each one is handcrafted to order, please allow an additional 4 to 8 business days for our craft team to create your piece before it ships.
If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized pieces, everything ships together in one parcel once every piece is ready.

We do not offer expedited or rush shipping, and there is no paid option to speed up crafting or delivery. If your piece is for a specific date, we recommend ordering early and allowing the full timeframes above.
Putting it together
As an example, a personalized necklace shipping to the US typically arrives 9 to 16 business days after you place your order (crafting time plus delivery). Non-personalized pieces arrive faster.

Ordering multiple personalized pieces? Larger orders can take a little longer, as every piece is individually crafted and quality-checked before shipping together.
