How do I track my order?Updated a month ago
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Your order number
Olivia Jewelry order numbers are 6 digits — for example #636078. You will find yours in your order confirmation email and shipping emails. If your number looks different (it contains letters or is much longer, like YT2619… or GFUS01…), that is a courier tracking number, not an order number — or the order may have been placed with a different store.
Track your order
Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number or the email address you used at checkout. You will see every scan of your parcel's journey in one place.
Haven't received a tracking email yet?
If your order contains personalized pieces, it may still be in crafting. Personalized jewelry takes an additional 4 to 8 business days to create before it ships, while non-personalized pieces ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders containing both ship together once every piece is ready. Your tracking email will arrive the moment it leaves our warehouse.
Also check your spam or promotions folder, as tracking emails sometimes land there.
Tracking hasn't moved in a few days?
International parcels sometimes pause between scans, especially while in transit between countries or clearing customs. This is normal and usually resolves within 2 to 3 days.
If your tracking has not updated in more than 4 days, or your parcel appears stuck, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Marked as delivered but nothing arrived?
Carriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered 24 to 48 hours before it actually arrives. If your tracking says delivered but nothing has turned up, give it up to 48 hours and check with household members, neighbours and any safe drop spots first. If it still has not appeared after that, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Ordered more than one item?
Orders ship together once every piece is ready. Occasionally pieces are crafted at different facilities and arrive as separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. If that happens you will receive a tracking email for each shipment.
