We run bundle offers and site-wide promotions. Here is how each one works at checkout.

How they work:
- Build your set on the bundle page using the picker. The bundle price applies at checkout, no code needed.
- Personalization is included. Names and birthstones on bundle pieces come at no extra cost.
- All bundle orders ship free, whatever the subtotal.
- Discount codes do not work on bundles. The bundle price is already the discount, so codes and automatic promotions do not stack on top of it.
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free does not apply to bundles. It is a separate offer.
- Limit of one bundle per customer while sets last.
- The bundle price appears in your cart summary before you pay, so you can always confirm it applied.
- Bundle items may ship together or in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
- Bundle purchases follow our standard returns policy, with personalized pieces following the personalized-items rules.
- Buying a bundle as a gift? The $12.00 USD Gift Box add-on holds up to four regular Olivia boxes, so a whole bundle fits in one box.
Automatic promotions
Some offers apply automatically in the cart once the qualifying items are added. If a promotion is running, you will see it reflected in your order summary at checkout.
Automatic promotions never apply on the bundle pages. A bundle is already a fixed bundle price, so no other offer stacks with it.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free and the popup prize
Add any 3 pieces to your cart and the lowest-priced piece becomes free automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter and nothing to claim. This is not a spend threshold, it is based on having 3 pieces in the cart.
The Try Your Luck scratch popup's free jewelry prize is this same offer. Winning does not send you a code, because this promotion has no codes. Simply add 3 pieces to your cart and the cheapest one is free. The discount appears in the order summary at checkout once all 3 pieces are in the cart, not on product pages.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free does not apply to bundle pages.
One discount at a time
Our system applies one discount per order. Automatic bundle and promo pricing cannot be stacked with additional discount codes, so if a code will not apply on top of a promotion, that is why.
