We love hearing your ideas — but we do not offer custom or bespoke designs outside our existing collection.

What personalization we do offer

Many pieces in our collection can be personalized on the product page with:

• Names or initials in our signature script
• Your choice of birthstones (single or multiple months)
• Chain length and metal colour options shown on the product page

What we cannot do

We are unable to create new designs, combine elements from different pieces, add stones or engraving where the product page does not offer them, or modify a design beyond the options shown. Every personalization option available for a piece appears on its product page.
