How to use a discount code

Enter your code in the "Discount code" field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will show in your order summary before you pay.

My code isn't working

The most common reasons:

• One code per order. Our system accepts only one discount code at a time. If a promotion is already applied (including automatic sale discounts), a second code will not stack on top.
• The code has expired. Promotional codes have an end date.
• Minimum requirements. Some codes require a minimum spend or specific products.
• Typos. Codes are letter-for-letter exact, with no spaces.

Automatic promotions

Some offers, like our bundle deals and buy-one-get-one promotions, apply automatically in your cart with no code needed. The discount appears in your order summary at checkout.

Received a gift order? A note on $0.00 receipts

If you received an Olivia Jewelry piece through our gifting program, your order confirmation may show a total of $0.00 USD, sometimes with a separate shipping line that is fully covered by a code. This is correct and intentional. Your order is fully paid, nothing is owed, and it will be processed and shipped normally.
