A delivery attempt failed — what to doUpdated a month ago
Sometimes a courier attempts delivery but cannot complete it — an address detail was missing, nobody could accept the parcel, or the driver could not find the entrance. Tracking will show something like "Delivery Exception", "Attempted delivery", or "Insufficient address". Here is how to get your parcel moving again.
Act quickly — carriers only hold parcels for a few days
After a failed attempt, the local courier holds your parcel for a short time before returning it to the sender. Contacting them the same day is the surest way to keep your jewelry heading to you.
Contact the delivery courier directly
The courier delivering your parcel is shown on our Track Your Order page, together with your tracking number — have that number ready when you get in touch. They can re-arrange delivery, correct an address detail, or hold the parcel for pickup.
| Courier | How to reach them |
|---|---|
| GOFO Express (US) | gofo.com/us/track · +1 949 688-6032 · [email protected] |
| USPS (US) | usps.com redelivery · 1-800-275-8777 |

Double-check your delivery address
Failed attempts are most often an address detail — a missing apartment or unit number, a buzzer code, or an autocorrected street name. When you speak to the courier, confirm your full address including any unit or entrance details.
